Introduction This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of data collected from users (“Users”) of the ApeStonks mobile application (“App”), developed by Kaeleb Rocha. By using the App, Users consent to the practices described in this document.
Data Collection The App collects data, including user initials for leaderboard purposes, in-app purchase history, and technical data related to app interaction. The App does not link this data to any personal identifier of the User.
Use of Data Collected data is used for: • Display on the leaderboard. • Managing in-app purchases. • Enhancing user experience and App functionality.
Anonymization of Data Data collected and displayed within the App is anonymized. There is no feasible method to associate the data with any specific individual without access to their personal device.
Data Retention Once uploaded to the App, data cannot be deleted, as it is anonymized and unidentifiable. Users should be aware of this permanence before submitting their data.
Data Security We employ industry-standard measures to protect the data collected. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
User Rights Users have the right to access their anonymized data but, due to the nature of the data collection, do not have the right to request its deletion or modification.
